I’m not here to try and change anybody’s opinion, only to offer mine. I’ve also seen the video of JS jr.acting,believe it or not, more reserved than normal while dealing with a neighbor. He must have known the cameras were on. He’s a guy with some serious anger problems. I don’t consider that a video of a resident acting poorly towards a victims family member.
Jenny, please be aware that I’ve been following this story since it began and have watched all the shows, read all the stories and seen all the videos. I’ve also lurked around on a few different web sites that discuss it.
NO WAY, sorry you got a bad impression of OB. As far as the property value argument, most people I know wouldn’t leave the beach for all the money in the world.
People are not always going to see things the same way, and should be able to discuss why they see the same thing differently, without it turning into an attack on anyone. Not that I feel at all attacked, or feel that I’ve attacked anyone.

The first mentions of Joey all seem to be about an Oak Beach resident who is seen on the News. Mentions of J.S. Jr. on the news with neighbor Gus. I did not see these news programs, I do not know who J.S. Jr. is, but due to so many early posts of him on the news and the mentions of him being a neighbor in Oak Beach, leads me to believe the Scalice Family lived in the gated community. This is why I’m not capable to really sleuth this case, I don’t even know if the Scalice family lived in Oak Beach, but again, many comments from different sleuthers say that they were.
And from the beginning it seems there were some people on the site that thought Flukeyou was Joey. And I’m guessing MM7 knew (or thought) Flukeyou was Joey. Yet even when PS149 accused Flukeyou of being Joey (at the time I thought this was a new accusation, now I know it has been going on for a while) there is still some hesitation for anyone to come right out and say Flukeyou is Joey, even though everyone seems to know this.
If Joey is Flukeyou a lot makes sense and a lot more can be focused on. So Joey has reasons to target CPH and has been on sites using different screen names ( I believe Too Close had noticed on at least one post I read where Fluke forgot to change his name Brendan before posting). I also think Flukeyou was behind some of the comments on MM7s blog, like Gus and Barbra H., but that’s just my opinon. But the Brendan thing confuses me because then who is Brendan/Truthspider. They seem to be 2 different people connected maybe through something to do with lifeguards. So why was Flukeyou posting under his buddies name?
What I’m getting at is there are screen names on both sides that seem may be connected to A. Flukeyou or B. Too Close Too Home. And a lot of these screen names had already stopped posting before I started reading. Did they stop posting or did they change screen names or were they just retired sock puppets?

the scalises own three houses in the oiba (oak island beach association) all together at the end of a dead end road. i still have ties and can sometimes get some info but imost people out there don’t want to talk about it. the connection to the murphy’s …wow. michael murphy was a navy seal who lost his life saving his men in afganistan(a real life hero! they are making a movie!). he lived in patchogue, ny. patchogue is directly across the bay from davis park on fire island, where one of the victims legs were found. so the tie with the murphy’s is also a tie to the murders. when i saw that…i spit my coffee out.

Flukeyou Joey Scalise gave signed testimony that he had a case of poison ivy!!!!
The residential portion of Oak Beach, Gilgo, etc… is all sprayed.
The ONLY place to catch poison ivy is in the bushes along Ocean Parkway where the bodies were found.
The ONLY time poison ivy grows and has enough oils to cause a rash is between May and mid September (When the victims went missing).
He already fits the age, the physical build to carry the bodies, the familiarity with the terrain and how to get around without getting caught and DADDY is a big honcho for the PARKS DEPARTMENT (all of the remains in both Manorville and along Ocean Parkway were found in designated PARKLAND areas).

IMO there are 3 answers to the phone call riddle… #1 Doc H called Mari and told her he ran a home for wayward girls and treated Shannon. It could be just that simple. Well sort of… because maybe Doc H said he runs a home and would like to help… and then the echo chamber kicked in when others said Hackett treated Shannon that night and these 2 separate statements became one. #2 Mari misremembers what was said or was influenced by others, the Fluke gang, to misremember. From what I heard on the subject, the calls weren’t an issue til long after they were made and conversations were said to be misconstrued. #3 someone other than Doc H called and said these things to Mari. This could fit into #2 as well since the conversation could have taken place with someone else or about someone else. If I remember right there were others in area that DID run some kind of “wayward home”. So maybe Mari got a call from this person and Mari confused it with Doc H’s call, or someone told her about this other person and Mari thought (or was told) that they were talking about Hackett. Or some could have pretended (yes I am talking about Flue) to be the doc and said these things. Fluke or his family (who all had a axe to grind with Hackett) could have called and lied about the doc and Mari confused these calls with the Docs actual calls. Over the year the phone call is what people yell loudest about when it comes to Hackett (well and his “heart attack” interview) but unfortunately it’s an argument that can’t be won and probably never will. Some will always believe Doc H called and said these things and met up with Shannon that night, but without proof of what was said we just can’t know. And may never know because what ever happened to Shannon most likely has nothing to do with what happened to the others.

im hearing you nerd, but…that is not true about the poison ivy. that shit is everywhere! you can’t weed out your flowers without coming into contact with it. they do NOT spray it in oiba. each resident may spray whats on their own property, but nobody sprays the community. that stuff is tree sized! joey would of course know what it looks like and how to avoid it, but sometimes (likewhen carrying a body thru the brush) you get it anyway.
he listens in to peoples phone calls, and sneaks into neighbors homes when they aren’t there. creepy.
