THEN she started to freak out. She wanted to see the “drone” photo that CKB sent me> Then she was asking for the number of Google HELP, I asked why, she said she could not remove the Google Chrome links. She started to yell at me and I said “CALM DOWN, my uses Chrome, I don’t.” She then spent over an hour on the phone with Google trying to figure out how to remove them. I have really good system + back up so then she left and I went to search for something. ALL HER BOOKMARKS were there. I was livid. But what I saw made me fall off my chair.

Ths is bottom of the barrel and since my post was about jen, well after this it would just not be right. As for the calls, they probably were her, your ex told me today he had a few other calls and jen is the one who gave me the number and told me she had called him. There you go, that part is solved. But there’s no lawsuit there. Your ex was happy about the calls and I now know the truth about your upcoming court appearances, as does jen, but you still have nothing to sue her for. but she and many others (although you have said things about me, using my screen name zero is hardly slanderous material) have cases that would stand and you could be in quite a bit of trouble. Though there is suspicion with how nice chief Burke, AL, and whoever the fuck might not be, they have never been convicted of beating the inmate that accused them (which is your only “proof” of their poor character I believe but I could be wrong). I didn’t let through Dorothy’s last few posts, to continue to let her doing what she is doing seems wrong even if I’m letting them through just to show that. Maybe even more so. I have to admit all of this, including the 3 phone calls I made the other day have got me at a loss for continuing… if there are answers here amongst the Oak Beach Residents feud that will shine truth on what happened to Shannan, to whether or not that is realated to the others who were killed and who killed them then there is no question to what must be done. I’ll continue till the whole world is looking at all of us, with questions like “what is really going here?” The same as I did when I frist read at LISK.com. There are no court cases coming up. The Judges and Justices in Nassau County have all been briefed on my ex having strangled me and his ex wife coming forward to me to tell me about the rape (felony). As of yesterday, they all know about Oak Beach the human/sex trafficking crime ring shut down from Lombardos to JJG (no more drugging women at the “social media” job fair etc.
His ex wife wanted me to know that I wasn’t the only one he preyed on. Then Debb came forward in 2011, her voice shaking, and told me “I have Eddie now”. She got the protection she needed too. That’s it for women. I’m glad he’s finally finding himself and his true orientation. Jail will be a good place for some long talks.

If you have five pages of circumstantial evidence that five people are engaged in criminal activity, do you put that information up for public consumption or give those five criminals the information you have so they are able to begin spinning their defense?
The answer is no. Why is it no? Because the key word is “circumstantial”. Not many trial cases are built on ONLY circumstantial evidence. The circumstantial evidence needs to be backed (and verified) by SOME substantial evidence. This isn’t really possible to do unless you have the tools to do so (ie. Police, FBI, crime labs, etc).

This means that what I was writing could ONLY be considered at MOST circumstantial. The reality though is that 90% was based on SPECULATION, which is a far cry from EVIDENCE.
I base my theory of the events that occurred May 1, 2010, on the evidence the public has been given (911 calls, witness statements in the media, letters written to 48 Hrs) and add the more recent evidence of victims that were similar to Shannan that were all found murdered in the same geographic location.
I have the same information as any member of the public has access to and I have done additional research that leads me to my conclusions. I have spoken to many different people on the phone in a fact gathering way. There’s information to be learned through each of the people I have spoken with, but it’s only through the compilation of information that have reshaped some ideas I’ve had. (Compilation being the key word.) But I don’t have access to evidence in a way to be in a position to say without doubt that my theories and speculation are solid. Because with addition of evidence, I could have a completely different theory. On that note, Fascinated made a comment with information I hadn’t known that has me second guessing some of my previous beliefs. New information changes things.

It’s my opinion she chooses not to so she can try to keep up her games of “finding out who people are for Mari”. She’s done far too much damage to be able to defend herself, though. It sounds like she’s at the point of being too tangled in her own web of lies.

I have asked you privately not to use my name in your exchanges. The info you are saying I gave you is mixed with hearsay and speculation and many of your comments have incorrect info. (One specific comment that comes to mind is that I told you BH had connections in Maine. I never told you that because I never found any info of that.) So many of your comments have incorrect info that I don’t have the time to go through every one and specify. Some have been repeatedly incorrect. Some have been mixed with the wrong source or mixed with info on the wrong person.
I remember a very specific conversation about Jen. During that conversation, the question was, “WHY would she be involved in this and lie/manipulate Mari?” The conversation was based on MAYBE. Maybe this is her role? Maybe she does ____? Maybe she’s been forced/coerced? Maybe she’s a victim? Maybe… maybe… maybe… But NONE of those maybe’s have been verified in one direction or the other. So it’s SPECULATION. Not only do you add my name as your source, but you give very personal information ABOUT me in your statement. This has happened a couple times. I won’t specify what you said to point it out again because I don’t want the public having any more info on me than is already out there. One has to do with my future job. One has to do with my children.
This is really upsetting to me in so many ways. I was in a constant state of fear, panic, and paranoia. It left very little room for rational thought and sound perspective. I read through my OWN comments now and realize just how crazy I sounded. I could’ve had some pertinent info, but it doesn’t change the fact that I can only go so far before someone else had to take over.

The last email I sent, I suggested you step back from EVERYTHING to gain some perspective. You’re so focused that you’re not seeing the damage you’re causing or could potentially cause by your public dissemination of info- true or not. Sometimes the truth is ugly and even unbelievable, but the public dissemination of it can have devastating effects if not backed by evidence. That is why so many cases aren’t tried for MANY years. It needs to be thoroughly investigated before it goes to the DA and then the DA needs to decide if there’s enough evidence to go to trial. Suffolk County is backwards in that area, though (the DA gives his direction to investigators whether to proceed investigating BEFORE it’s investigated).

Yes. Upon the information that has recently come to light (that Jen, IMO, was behind the ps149 screen name on LISK and my blog), it would mean that I was not cyberstalked. It would be cyber harassment, but not cyberstalking- in the legal terms.
That doesn’t mean I didn’t FULLY believe I was being cyberstalked. I did believe that to be true up until the point that the evidence points towards Jen as my “stalker”. But since she acquired my info from me, she didn’t have to “stalk”.
This is hindsight.
As for the phone being tapped. Well, I’ve definitely learned quite a bit about technological advances with phones because of all this. It’s actually disgustingly easy to tap someone’s cell phone. I’m still not thoroughly convinced my phone wasn’t tapped. The spoofed text messages, which really did occur, have me wondering WTF. I know it sounds crazy, but I would have to get into too many details to explain the entire situation and I won’t do that. Suffice to say the ONLY way anyone would know the info texted to another family member would be to have listened to that particular phone call that was made while I sat outside by myself.

My ex sprained his ankle Summer 2006 and I will never forget as we walked up Third Avenue four blocks to go see “Inside Man” (he on his crutches). Later, when things were very contentious and I wanted him to leave the marital home for his increasing psychotic attacks against me and the children scared especially when he drank too much or came home 2am to 6:30 a.m. smelling like kerosene, he asked me WHY I chose that movie. Later, when I went to report Joseph “Rosy” Brewer showing up at TD Bank to stalk me and harrass me in March 2011 (and their little game pretending he was “bank security”) which he is certainly NOT and NEVER WAS, that question made sense. (For the record, I went to Seaford Police Dept and spoke to Officers Stapleton and Taylor. Two other offices are witnesses including two female officers). S&T told me to call SCPD Precinct covering West Islip and everyone knows which SCPD employee in SCPD who worked there is under FBI Investigation. If you’re not up on Christopher Loeb case and what he found in the inside pocket of Burke’s duffel bag (together with gun and handcuffs), I suggest you take a strong dose of Pepto Bismol before you start diggin in.
For the NJ serial killings in 2006, start by reading about Molly Jean Dilts. Of all the women, men, and children who were murdered from 1979 to this year (Long Island/mostly within Suffolk County and Atlantic City), her story that is one of the saddest. No wonder he was so secretive about where he was, and over $100,000 of marital assets had gone missing, and he would lie and tell me he was at “sales rallies” in midtown at Hilton & Hyatt hotels, and “bank Holiday parties, spouses not invited” — then his boss and colleagues at TD Bank (where I had two accounts through 2011) told me that no such things ever took place.
I am not angry. I have a desire for JUSTICE for the families of all these victims who have worked SO HARD to get answers, only to call SCPD and not get any answers. Yes, many people within Oak Beach community lied and covered up. Yes, Joseph Brewer LIED to SCPD telling them he was alone that night when Shannan went missing. Yes, SCPD Dominick Varrone listened to the tape and allegedly the men were freaking out as Shannan had called 911. Someone yelling “Everyone get out!” or something to that effect. Brewer’s voice? Who was “everyone”.

I’ll tell you what’s BS: it’s people who willfully WITHHOLD info from Suffolk County Police Commissioner Webber and the HOMICIDE Detectives.
I knew that CKB wasn’t writing a book and I already cleared up that SHE was not the source of the B Hackett lawsuit in Maine but rather my friend in Maine. My friend is a very smart woman and started to research CPH and his medical connections for her own knowledge (other connections from Oak Beach into Maine / Elan School – DayTop/Syanon and ACI). The only people who wrote a book was “W” who said he was staying in J “Rosy” Brewer’s house and Bob Kolker (Lost Girls).
When things got rough, I just remembered my ex’s first wife’s words to me..
“Be happy you are not with him. I’m stuck with him for the rest of my life.”
By the way, my ex and had MUTUAL OOPs starting August 2011. If you don’t believe me, look it up. My family and I hire a licensed PI to piece together the timeline from 2006 to March 2011 when Joey Brewer showed up @ TD Bank to stalk me. Two women who he dated in the past are so scared of him. Are women scared of men usually? No, they are scared of stalkers, rapists, stranglers and murderers.
Raymond Roth also stalked women (white van). Is stalking a requirement to get into the CCC? Creepy!
I want JUSTICE for all the victims and their families. Whether one serial killer or a few men, or a “killing club”. Why don’t my ex’s first wife, Karen G, Candace, Laura C, Barbara H and other women in Oak Beach just call Detective Stephen Jacobs and drive over to Yaphank together report the criminal men?
ANSWER:
Because the are TERRIFIED of being subponaed to testify in what will be a FEDERAL criminal trial (murder and it’s MORE than 11 victims), prosecuted as accomplices, or as accessories after the fact.
They are women and they should do the right thing. They have NO IDEA how their silence about crimes in Oak Beach have caused HEARTBREAK of the victims’ familie and friends, plus a ripple effect on so many other innocent people from NY to FL.
